I don't know much about 1+1

I never realized how beautiful this song was before because I couldn't get past how it sounds like she says "algebuh" instead of "algebra" but this video was insane. It's from fellow blogger (HAH) Jay-Z's website and he took it backstage at American Idol. He captioned it thusly:

As a giant Sofia Coppola fan, I've proven that I'll sit through any movie (any) that has stunning visuals. That's why I'm so excited to see Lars Von Trier's Melancholia.

Well, I think it's about that time again folks. The once-every-1/4-year post from yours truly. I've had some ideas bouncing around in my head about my blog lately so there will certainly be changes (not to mention more posts) coming.

For now, I wanted to share my summer through photos. I've recently become engrossed in Instagram, the iPhone app with the fun effects that acts like a second Twitter for photos. Twitter is like the know-it-all big sister to Instagram's dumb-but-pretty younger sis. That is to say it's fun, effortless and requires little thought.
