I love John Vanderslice


I'm having a happy day because of a few things:

-I went to Starbucks with my mom when we woke up this morning

-I got the Duhks album Migrations and I'm listening to it in my room and the sun is shining and it's only -9 degrees and it reminds me of the summer so much when Erin and Menoukia and Lauren picked me up and we drove to Gimli and went to the beach and went for lunch and sat under a tree on a blanket.

-It also reminds me of Folk Fest, it's going to be amazing this year (not the lineup, I don't know that yet, but the people that are going!)

-Aw :

-We have yet another house-showing at 1 pm today so me and my mom are going out for lunch to the Dandelion Eatery, one of the most delicious places to eat in Winnipeg!

-My dad discovered texting and he texts me nice little updates from Vancouver; I miss him. Today he is going to look at houses...!

-Jeanine and I are looking into getting a place for a couple months (June and July) where we can live when my mom moves out to Vancouver so I can stay (like I planned) in Winnipeg for some of the summer/folk fest/etc.

-I got a full-time job at Pet Plan insurance with Christie and Ryan. I start at the beginning of March. Congratulations me!
