Cameron Diaz at the Golden Globes was BANANAS (oops capslock apologies). That phrase is only appropriate because if my sources are correct, Rachel Zoe styles Cameron.

I love grown-out roots when they are not too contrast-y, i.e. black roots with platinum dye job. I think her outfit is very little girly in the best kind of way, like Barbie!
Her hair looks as if it's been dip-dyed, and that's so trennnnnndy.
