friends of friends
Andrew arrived in Vancouver on Sunday morning to stay with me until next Monday! We've done lots of shopping and far too much walking (with no signs of slowing down). Tonight I forced him to watch Zodiac with Jake Gyllenhaal and, my personal favourite, Chloe Sevigny. If you've never seen it you really should if not for the creep-factor of the storyline itself, then for Sev's character's look. She's delightfully bookish, and I envied her multiple pairs of glasses and her long, golden middle-parted hair. Take a look for yourself:
p.s. Afterthought: Chloe Sevs totally reminded me of our friend Lana (on the right, pictured with her blog-partner-in-crime Meghan)
But after further thought, I concluded that they don't in fact look anything alike, they are simply both very pretty middle-parted-blondes with impeccable style. Props!

I've never seen Zodiac, but I must do just because of Chloe. I love her with plaits and those slightly kooky glasses.

chloe is so cool even when she's meant to be uncool. or maybe that's just the ironic hipster mentality which has infiltrated my normally mainstream mind...
anyway, thanks for the nice comment you left on my blog :) you have some lovely pictures over here aswell! i wish there were more nice places to take photos near where i lived. it's all just ugly middle class suburbia.
chloe looked good in that movie
i feel in love with chloe after boys don't cry! surely you've seen it
Argghhhh I LOVE CHLOE !

ps, she is amazing in party monster. have you seen it? :D
I love Chloe and I love you even more for suggesting I might be remotely similar to her!
Now if only Opening Ceremony would give me a clothing line. . .
